WHAT???…???…???… “PART II” HUH??? :/ (THE LOOK) Bear with me, folks, as I feel compelled to further explain that previous post, published 1/14/16. Ready??? READY!!!
Now that we understand “WHY” bus rides were VERY DIFFICULT for me when I was a child, I MUST admit that I unknowingly displaced “MY” ISSUES onto BOTH of my children. WHAT???!!!???!!!???!!! HOW??? Hhhmmm…think, Think, THINK…
I’ve ALWAYS done my BEST to ensure that my children did or do NOT have to ride a bus home from school. OUCH!!! That has meant 13 years of arranging my schedule and/or leaving work at in-opportune times to pick up my children (especially Danielle) in order to AVOID bus rides home. Riding the bus home was MY issue, not my kids’. OUCH!!!
I STILL do this TODAY for Chase, a junior in H.S., since he does NOT have his own car yet. FAIR…is FAIR, right??? (Yep…I STILL get my “SELF” hung up on “FAIRNESS ISSUES” -in ALL areas- that represent DEFINITE CHAINS that STILL bind me!!!) DOUBLE OUCH, OUCH!!! 🙁
BUS ISSUES AND FAIRNESS ISSUES!!! BOTH of them tied together…SOMEHOW!!! UGH. :/ LIFE IS SURE DIFFICULT, folks!!! FOR EVERYBODY. EVERYWHERE. Can we PLEASE just “HELP” each other along the way???
GO TEAM!!! WE’RE ALL IN THIS TOGETHER!!!
P.H.P., People Helping People.
Give the BEST of yourself for “JUST” today…”EVERY” day.
ALL GLORY BE TO GOD!!! AMEN.
