COMMUNICATION BETWEEN “MATES”…

INCREASES “TEAM” SUCCESS!!!

SAY WHAT YOU MEAN.  MEAN WHAT YOU SAY.  Why is it that we have difficulty informing teammates of our personal needs or desires?  WITHOUT complaining???  There “IS” a way to get your point across without going “NEGATIVE” on teammates.  And… why not just ask or remind teammates for/of something???  BEFORE IT BECOMES A MAJOR TOOTHACHE???

Allowing negativity to grow and grow to the point of getting angry about something without even seeking to resolve the matter will NOT increase your team’s success.  “ASK”… and you MAY receive.  “DON’T ASK”… and you WILL NOT receive!!!  Simple, right?

And please don’t assume ANYTHING.  EVERYONE doesn’t know EVERYTHING.  Perhaps someone “FORGOT” something.  Or can you believe that perhaps someone made a… Ssshhhhhh… perhaps they made a “MISTAKE”???  :/  Oh, no!!!  NOT A “MISTAKE”!!!  Maybe they weren’t feeling well.  An oversight???    Emergency???  Distraction???  Who knows what…???…???…???  “SOMETHING”… “SOMEWHERE” explains it.  Please seek to discover “IT” before allowing “IT” to tarnish working relationships.  And what is the collateral damage of the resulting “EXPLOSION”  between “TEAMMATES”???

A good team will “RECOVER” or “REBOUND”.  The negative impact on working relationships, however, is so, So, SO unnecessary.
