KEEPERS OF CASTLES…

WOW!!!  “KEEPERS of CASTLES.”  DOUBLE WOW, WOW!!!

“THAT”… is what we are, folks!!!  EVERY SINGLE ONE OF US… are T-H-E  “KEEPER” of our “CASTLES”!!!  Please notice how that is worded… “WE” (ALL of us) are each the “KEEPER” (singular) of our individual “CASTLES” (plural)!!!

So, what “CASTLES” are we each, individually, responsible for?  Think, THink, THINK!!!  Are YOU thinking???  WOW, “THIS” is DEEP, folks.  Really, REally, REALLY… D-E-E-P!!!  Please come along on another trip to “Jill’s World”.  READY???  HERE… WE… GO…

Okay, “THIS” is an idea I’ve been tossing around in my brain (Jill’s world) for awhile now, partially.  “IT” (the idea) has recently expanded and “IT”… simply “BLOWS MY MIND”!!!  What are those castles?  I propose that those “CASTLES” each of us are the “KEEPER” of, include the following:  1) PHYSICAL;  2) MENTAL;   and 3) SPIRITUAL.  “THINK ABOUT IT!!!” (Ppsssttt… another tribute to my brother, Bob 🙂    Our physical bodies represent that first “CASTLE” in “MY” mind.  Now, let’s examine each separately…

#1)  Our “PHYSICAL” CASTLE = our bodies.  Subgroup A.) The WEIGHT KEEPER.  Folks, my “weight” has been a problem much of my life.  I am not saying that I have been over-weight…“REALLY”… I don’t think.  The emotional/psychological “difficulties” I suffered from resulted in… “weight issues”, most similar to anorexia.  My weight issues began at around age 20 and got sidetracked shortly after my 22nd B-day… due to the accident.  The emotional/psychological difficulties, however, did continue after the accident.   AND… so did the weight issues, which remain an emotional problem to date.  I’d have to admit that the difficulties encountered post the accident have involved “OVER” eating which then involved “OVER” exercising (due to anxiety)… OR… “UNDER” exercising (due to depression), resulting in my being dissatisfied with my body, A.K.A.:  my  PHYSICAL CASTLE”.  WHEW!!!  Now, what constitutes a good “WEIGHT KEEPER” of the “PHYSICAL CASTLE”?  Any thoughts?

Subgroup B.) The SKIN KEEPER.  This may include, but is not limited to, piercings and tattoos.  I think I “OVER-pierced” a bit in my early 20’s.  AFTER… the accident.  3 in my right ear, 4 in the left.  More, MOre, MORE!!!  Now, was that cool?  Just how many are too many?  Or was it compensation for a perceived deficit…somewhere???  “I”AM NOT SURE, folks.  And what about tattoos?  Are they cool?  How many are too many?  Or are they meant to be a distraction from a perceived deficit…somewhere???

The SKIN KEEPER is also in charge of cleanliness.  And grooming.  How does each “GATE KEEPER” choose to present their “PHYSICAL BODY CASTLE”?  Many, many choices  involved for the “GATE KEEPER” of this “CASTLE”.  My head is swimming, folks.  I do not feel capable of addressing the last 2 categories at this time:  #2) MENTAL  and
#3) SPIRITUAL…  “CASTLES”.  More later, folks…
