Try not to over-rate your self- importance to those around you.  Don’t take things so personally.   Not everything said is about you.  Someone else’s bad day might be,  just that…A BAD DAY!  It probably has NOTHING to do with…YOU!!!

Instead of getting angry, try asking “Is everything okay?”  with sincerity.  This may open a whole new and positive dimension to your working relationship.  GO TEAM!!!
